Practice automation for accounting firmsLess admin.
Fewer TFNs in the inbox.

Fixed-price automations for Microsoft 365, FYI and Xero Practice Manager. Hosted in Australia. Sensitive data stays onshore.

What’s changed

Your practice runs on client trust. Your inbox is where it’s most exposed.

Tax file numbers, ID documents and bank details pass through email every day. New obligations now expect you to prove how that information is handled, not just say it is.

1 July 2026

AML/CTF Tranche 2 is live. Accountants providing designated services, such as company, trust or SMSF setup and handling client money, must enrol, run an AML program and do customer due diligence.

Privacy Act transparency. Privacy policies must describe decisions that software makes, or substantially helps make, using personal information.

Ongoing

Fraud follows the data. Fake bank-change requests and stolen TFNs target the firms that hold them.

Our promise

Four things that do not change, whichever product you pick.

Australian-hosted

Data that needs to stay in Australia stays here, in your Microsoft 365 tenant or our Australian Azure. Where a project genuinely benefits from a more capable overseas model, we use it only for data that is allowed to leave, with your sign-off.

Sensitive data stays onshore

Automations that handle client PII, ID, TFNs or financial data run on Australian-hosted solutions only. Rules and Microsoft-native tools first.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You know the cost before we start. Anything outside the standard stack is quoted upfront.

Security-first

Built and managed by a cyber security MSP that already looks after accounting firms, not a generic automation agency. Every engineer is based in Australia: no offshore developers or helpdesk.

The products

Five products. One standard stack.

Custom builds · Any industry

Not on the list? We’ll build it.

The products cover the jobs most practices share. Your business has its own. Tell us the job that eats your team’s week and we’ll scope a custom automation inside your Microsoft 365, quoted at a fixed price before we start.

  • Any industry. If the work runs through email, files, spreadsheets or forms, it can usually be automated.
  • Review first, fixed quote second. Thirty minutes with an engineer, then a written scope and price. No payment until you approve it.
  • Built and managed by us. In your own tenant, secured by the team that already looks after your IT.

Straight answers

Questions practices ask first.

Do we need to be an Evisent managed IT client?

No. Every product installs into your own Microsoft 365 tenant and works whoever runs your IT. Managed clients get 10% off setup because we already know the environment.

Does any client data leave Australia?

Not the data that needs to stay here. Client personal information, ID, tax file numbers and financial data stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant or our Australian Azure. If a project would genuinely benefit from a more capable model hosted overseas, we use it only for data that is allowed to leave, with your sign-off and within your compliance obligations.

Why not just buy AML software?

You can. Self-serve AML tools start at about $50 to $300 a month, and you run them yourselves. We build the workflow into the systems you already use (Microsoft 365, Xero Practice Manager and FYI), run the checks, keep the evidence in your AML register and client file, and manage it every month. If a self-serve tool suits you better, we will say so in the practice review.

Will this make us AML/CTF compliant?

It carries the workflow: ID checks, screening, beneficial-owner capture, risk rating and the evidence trail. Your AML program, compliance officer and judgement calls are still yours. We make it provable that the program runs.

What if we use Karbon or MYOB Practice instead of XPM?

We support them, but they sit outside the standard stack, so we quote upfront after the practice review rather than using the published price.
