Payment & Bank-Change Guard
Stop payment-redirection fraud.
Emails asking to change bank, refund or payment details are flagged, with a call-back assigned and logged so your team verifies before paying.
Fixed-price automations for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, for health practices, consultancies, recruitment firms, not-for-profits and any business that holds client data or moves money. Hosted in Australia. Sensitive data stays onshore.
Client records, ID documents and bank details pass through email in almost every business. The obligations and the fraud are the same whether or not your industry has its own regulator.
Notifiable data breaches. Businesses covered by the Privacy Act must quickly assess a suspected data breach, taking all reasonable steps to finish within 30 days. If it is likely to cause serious harm, they must notify the OAIC and affected people as soon as practicable.
Privacy Act transparency. Privacy policies must describe decisions that software makes, or substantially helps make, using personal information.
Payment fraud hits every sector. Email compromise, including business email compromise fraud, is the most commonly reported cybercrime among Australian businesses (ASD, 2024–25), and a single changed account number is all it takes.
Data that needs to stay in Australia stays here, in your Microsoft 365 tenant or our Australian Azure. Where a project genuinely benefits from a more capable overseas model, we use it only for data that is allowed to leave, with your sign-off.
Automations that handle client PII, ID, TFNs or financial data run on Australian-hosted solutions only. Rules and Microsoft-native tools first.
You know the cost before we start. Anything outside the standard stack is quoted upfront.
Built and managed by a cyber security MSP, not a generic automation agency. Every engineer is based in Australia: no offshore developers or helpdesk.
Built for Microsoft 365 Business Premium with SharePoint. Industry-specific systems integrated on request.

Find the ID numbers you didn’t know you had.
We scan email and OneDrive for tax file numbers, licence, passport and Medicare numbers, report exposure by mailbox, and warn staff before the next one is sent.
Never miss a 30-day clock.
Log a suspected data breach or a complaint in a minute. Reminders run ahead of the 30-day assessment deadline, with a record of every decision.
Every client or job set up the same way.
One form creates the reference number, a SharePoint site or folder from your template, a Teams channel and the right permissions.
Correspondence on the file, not in the inbox.
Emails with a client or job reference file themselves to the right place, with a weekly unfiled report; a prompt before send to follow.

The products cover the jobs most practices share. Your business has its own. Tell us the job that eats your team’s week and we’ll scope a custom automation inside your Microsoft 365, quoted at a fixed price before we start.
A 30-minute call to map your systems and pick the right product.
Scope and price in writing before any work starts.
Built in your own tenant and tested with your team.
We monitor it, keep it working through vendor changes and review it quarterly.
In the practice review we map where client data and money move through your business. These five products cover what almost every business needs; anything specific to your industry is quoted upfront.
The common fraud: a spoofed or compromised email changing where money goes just before it moves. The email is flagged, a call-back to a number already on file is assigned and logged, and if you choose the email is held until that call is done. We cannot block a payment in your banking system, so the call-back has to be part of your process.
Not the data that needs to stay here. Client personal information, ID, tax file numbers and financial data stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant or our Australian Azure. If a project would genuinely benefit from a more capable model hosted overseas, we use it only for data that is allowed to leave, with your sign-off and within your compliance obligations.
No. Everything installs into your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Managed clients get 10% off setup, or the bundle price if that is lower.
