Two layers

One set of evidence. Three people who need it.

Evisent Live is the proof of what Managed IT and Cyber Security actually deliver. The same daily read serves the practice, its partners and, if the practice chooses, its licensee.

Licensees, and later insurer panels

Evisent Live: Network

Pilot by application

  • Every practice in the network, in one view
  • Who meets the baseline, and who has slipped
  • Evidence on file for each practice
  • Counts only. Each practice chooses to share, and can revoke it

What we read, and what we never read

Configuration and status. Never content.

Evisent Live reads your own Microsoft 365 and security tools with read-only permissions. It looks at how things are set up and whether they are working, not at what your people write or store.

What it reads

  • Microsoft 365 settings: MFA, Conditional Access, risky sign-ins, security alerts, Secure Score
  • Device status: protection, compliance and missing critical updates
  • Your security tools: endpoint protection, detection and response, application allowlisting, patching
  • Backup and security training results, entered by Evisent and labelled as entered until those tools are connected
  • Service desk tickets and response times, for the support view only

What it never reads

  • Your email
  • Your files, OneDrive or SharePoint
  • Client records in your practice systems
  • Ticket text: the support view keeps subject lines, times and status
  • Nothing is read by AI. Collection and scoring are plain code

When a source can't be read, Evisent Live says "not connected" and scores that area zero rather than guessing.

From your systems to your insurer

Evidence that reaches the people who ask for it.

Your licensee, insurer or auditor gets verified evidence, not a self-assessment typed up once a year.

  1. 1Monthly packA dated PDF of the practice's controls on the 1st of each month, or on demand, with a verification code.
  2. 2Share linkA read-only link that expires, for your licensee, insurer or auditor. Counts and percentages; staff names left off by default.
  3. 3Access logEvery open is logged, and you can revoke the link at any time.
  4. 4VerifiedAnyone holding the PDF can confirm at verify.evisent.com.au that it hasn't been altered. Packs are kept 7 years.

Need the questionnaire filled in as well? Insurer & licensee submissions: we complete it from your Live evidence and attach the pack.

Evisent Insights · Sold separately · Not part of Managed IT plans

Want the whole business on one page?

Evisent Live stays focused on IT and security, and never reads your business content. Evisent Insights is a separate product for partners and directors: cash, debtors and WIP, projects and deadlines, resourcing, pipeline, renewals and AI spend, drawn from the systems you already use. It runs in your own Microsoft tenant, so the data stays with you.

Not part of Managed IT plans, and you don't need to be a managed client. Builds start from $4,950 ex GST. The price depends on the modules you need, how many data sources we connect and how much customisation is involved, and every build is quoted at a fixed fee before any work starts.

Where the data lives

Hosted in Australia. Read-only. Plain code.

Hosted in Australia

Evisent Live runs in Microsoft Azure, Australia East. Sensitive data stays onshore.

Read-only permissions

Evisent Live reads configuration and status. It has no permission to read mail, files or SharePoint, and it changes nothing in your tenant.

No AI on your data

Collection and scoring are plain code. No AI reads client data.

Kept, then let go

Daily snapshots are kept for 13 months, which is what a year-on-year QBR needs. Evidence packs are kept 7 years.

The full list of permissions is on the Trust centre.

What it isn't

Evidence of configuration. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not an audit or a certification

Evisent Live is evidence of configuration, read from your own systems: verified, not self-attested. It is not an audit, a certification or an opinion that a practice is compliant.

Not a guarantee

A high score doesn't mean a practice can't be breached. It means the controls it can see are in place and working.

Not everything

It can't see paper records, physical security or staff behaviour beyond training data.

Not a maturity assessment

Essential Eight levels are indicative, calculated from the signals Evisent Live can see. Microsoft Secure Score is Microsoft's own measure, shown alongside and never added to the score.

Straight answers

Questions practices ask first.

Can I log in to Evisent Live myself?

Not yet. Client login is in validation: we are piloting it with managed clients and rolling it out to all managed clients in early 2027. Until then your Evisent engineer takes you through it, and the Live Evidence Pack arrives every month.

What does Evisent Live cost?

It is included with every Evisent managed seat ($185 per user per month, $1,850 minimum, Microsoft 365 licences billed separately). Evisent Insights, our business dashboard for partners and directors, is a separate product: it is sold separately and is not part of managed plans.

Does Evisent Live read our email or client files?

No. It reads configuration and status: whether MFA is enforced, whether devices are protected and patched, whether alerts are open. It never reads mail, files, SharePoint or client records.

Does a high score mean we are compliant?

No. Evisent Live is evidence of configuration, read from your own systems. It is not an audit, a certification or an opinion that a practice is compliant, and a high score doesn't mean a practice can't be breached.

Who can see our evidence?

Your Evisent engineers, and anyone you choose to share it with. Share links are read-only, they expire, every open is logged, and you can revoke them at any time. Shared views show counts and percentages, with staff names left off by default.

Does any AI read our data?

No. Collection and scoring are plain code. No AI reads client data.

We are not a managed client. Can we see our own score?

Yes, with a Live Audit: 30 days of Evisent Live on your Microsoft 365 tenant, then a findings meeting covering cost and security. $990 ex GST, credited in full if you move to Evisent Managed IT.
