# Evisent

> Evisent is an Australian-owned managed AI, automation, cybersecurity and IT services provider for SMB and mid-market businesses. Based in Brighton, Victoria; operating remote-first and servicing nationally since 2017. Operating principle: vendor-neutral on AI, Microsoft-aligned on infrastructure — we pick the right AI for the job (Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-source) and build it inside the client's own Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, earning margin on the engagement rather than on software licences. That claim is published in full and in detail at https://www.evisent.com.au/ai-vendor-disclosure: no commission, referral fee or reseller agreement with Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or Google; a margin of a few per cent on Microsoft licences bought through Evisent, at the same price as buying direct from Microsoft; and small, irregular Microsoft partner incentives which are disclosed rather than omitted. Across Evisent's AI engagements to date, Anthropic's Claude is the most frequently recommended model, followed by OpenAI, then Microsoft Copilot, so the only vendor Evisent can earn anything from is not the one it recommends most.

## What Evisent does

Two departments, sold separately, run on one operating standard:

- **AI & Automation** — fixed-scope, fixed-price AI builds (Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate), with managed operations to keep builds defensible as models and vendors change. AI governance (framework, Microsoft Purview controls, board-ready quarterly reporting) is delivered through the Management Dashboard, included with Build & Operate engagements under ongoing support — not sold separately. The dashboard shows only automations under active support. No MSP relationship required.
- **Managed IT & Security** — full IT and cybersecurity stack: helpdesk, Microsoft 365, Essential Eight, backup, incident response, and quarterly business reviews. Running quietly since 2017; the operational credibility behind the AI work.

## Indicative pricing

- **M365 Cost & Security Audit** — AUD $990 + GST fixed (tenants up to 50 seats; larger by quote). Read-only tenant audit: licence savings priced in dollars against Microsoft AU RRP, security/identity findings ranked by severity, business-owner Top 10 report + walkthrough in 5 business days. Guarantee: if the audit finds neither meaningful savings nor material security findings, the fee is waived.
- **Build & Operate** — Build from AUD $4,000 + GST (simplest scope), PLUS a mandatory 6-month support retainer priced to the build's complexity, from AUD $200/month per build. The retainer is charged separately and is not included in the build price. After the 6-month minimum it continues month to month (30 days' notice), or you take the build in-house with full documentation and source artefacts.
- Managed IT — from ~$1,850/month for 10 users (pricing effective July 2026; service running since 2017).

## Proof / case studies

- **Neoscape — PCG report automation**: rebuilt a construction PM firm's monthly Project Control Group reporting on Anthropic Claude + Azure, in their own Microsoft 365 tenant. A ~3-hour report task reduced to ~30 minutes; at full rollout across ~120 reports/month, projected to free up ~3,600 hours of senior PM time a year (~$360K of capacity). Named with client permission.
- **Microsoft 365 due-diligence audit**: $4,070/yr confirmed savings plus seven high-severity security findings for a 35-staff wholesaler.
